Planning, documentation, and follow-up of recognition procedures required by chambers and official institutions.
Language development, application documents, accommodation advisory, and pre-employment preparation support.
Candidates who pass the online interview must start language training. Depending on the profession, they must prove A2-B2 level by scoring at least 60/100 in recognized four-stage exams (e.g., TELC or Goethe).
For each profession, the required document list is translated into German and submitted to the competent authority in Germany for recognition.
After recognition procedures, an employment contract (salary, accommodation, working hours, etc.) signed by the employer is sent to the candidate. If accepted, the contract is signed and relocation preparation starts.
Once procedures are completed, our partners in Germany welcome candidates and introduce accommodation and workplace.
If there are practical or theoretical gaps in recognition under German law, these are addressed through free trainings during employment.
*** Except for truck-driver applications, prerequisites for the listed professions include certified vocational records: article 16b for journeyman certificate, 28b for master certificate, and 31c for master trainer certificate. These certificates must be obtained through formal vocational education.
*** For truck drivers, CE-class driving license and A1-level German are required. (Guidance is provided by our institution.)
Sending your CV to the application contacts is sufficient. After CV screening, suitable candidates are invited to the nearest office for interview. Candidates with positive interview results start the recruitment process and are requested to begin language learning.
Germany recruits not only from Turkey but from many countries across sectors. Due to factors such as wages, overtime, and night shifts, younger local populations often avoid certain jobs, creating labor demand.
Especially after COVID-19, shortages in healthcare became more visible. Research has indicated significant staffing needs in patient care and hospital operations.
In this context, official labor mobility contacts have also been developed with multiple countries.
Germany follows long-term and planned development strategies. Population aging has made qualified workforce shortages more apparent in many sectors.
Therefore, legal and migration-related reforms were introduced to accelerate recruitment of qualified professionals.
Candidates are responsible for costs such as language course fee, document translation, notarization, passport, and visa expenses.
