  • For each profession, the required document list is translated into German and submitted to the competent authority in Germany for recognition.

Why does Germany request personnel from Turkey?

Germany recruits not only from Turkey but from many countries across sectors. Due to factors such as wages, overtime, and night shifts, younger local populations often avoid certain jobs, creating labor demand.

Especially after COVID-19, shortages in healthcare became more visible. Research has indicated significant staffing needs in patient care and hospital operations.

In this context, official labor mobility contacts have also been developed with multiple countries.

Why is Germany seeking qualified professionals?

Germany follows long-term and planned development strategies. Population aging has made qualified workforce shortages more apparent in many sectors.

Therefore, legal and migration-related reforms were introduced to accelerate recruitment of qualified professionals.

What are the general costs?

Candidates are responsible for costs such as language course fee, document translation, notarization, passport, and visa expenses.
